Fairport showed up this weekend and so did we. 🍩

Canal Days brought hundreds of you past our doors and we felt every single one of you stop, stare, and smile at that banner.

The walls inside are still bare. The floors are still rough. But something sweet is taking shape right here at 115 North Main Street.

A candy and donut experience unlike anything Fairport has seen, built with this community in mind by a family that loves this town.

What a night at the pitch. 🌸⚽

Week 1 energy was electric and the atmosphere did not disappoint. A huge thank you to all the parents and coaches who came out and made the night so special — the support in the stands was everything.

Reinventing Mid-Century Modern.

When a disastrous roof failure damaged the kitchen and breakfast area of this stunning Finger Lakes home, saw an opportunity. Not just to restore what was lost but to shed the missteps of an early 2000s renovation and bring the Mid-Century aesthetic back to life with modern amenities.

Two spaces became one. Custom cabinets. Undercabinet lighting. A new gourmet range with a true vent-to-outside hood. Quartz counters. A dedicated baking area and a Chef’s table where recipes can be read over a hot cup of tea.

Every finish a nod to the era. Every upgrade built for today.

In a small footprint, a curb-less shower, a modern glass partition and a serene soaking tub. Her client thought it wasn’t possible. made it happen.

When her client came to Heather dreaming of a spa-like bathroom that reflected her husband’s Hawaiian roots, the challenge was clear. Big vision, small space. The result? Hawaiian Modern. Custom Kona Wood vanity. Teak accented plumbing fixtures. Curb-less shower. LED accent lighting. In-floor heat and heated towel bars. Every detail intentional, every element earned.
