One of the most magical Santa visits we've ever witnessed...

A group of older children who have been friends since birth, came to visit Santa's Workshop.

They had reached that age where they were beginning to understand the mystery of Santa. The questions were getting bigger, and the magic seemed to be changing.

So Santa gathered them around and shared a secret.

He explained that Santa was never just one person.
Santa is anyone who brings joy.
Anyone who gives without expecting something in return.
Anyone who helps others believe.
Anyone who creates magic for someone else.

Santa told them that every Christmas, more people join the ranks of Santa.

Parents.
Grandparents.
Neighbors.
Teachers.
Friends.

And now...
It was their turn.

One by one, each child was welcomed into Santa's special circle and given a new responsibility—to help keep the magic alive for younger children and for those who need a little extra kindness in the world.

The smiles on their faces said everything.

This Independence Day is especially meaningful as America begins celebrating her 250th birthday.

Now, Santa wanted us to remind everyone that while America is turning 250...
He's considerably older than that.

In fact, Santa says he's seen a lot of birthdays come and go, but one thing that has always impressed him is the courage and sacrifice of those who serve our country.

Today, we honor the brave men and women of our military—past and present—who have fought to protect the freedoms we enjoy every day.

We're especially grateful for one of our own, Santa Corey, who proudly served our nation as an Army Ranger before bringing Christmas magic to families around the world.

Whether he's helping children believe in the wonder of Christmas or honoring the values of service, sacrifice, and love of country, Santa Corey reminds us that heroes come in many forms.
As we gather with family and friends this Independence Day, let's remember those who have made these celebrations possible.
