Now that I'm a mama myself, moments with parents will now mean so much more than they ever have before.
The way she wraps her little hand around my fingers... the way looks at me during our middle of the night feedings... the way she calms when I pull her close to my heart... these little moments with my newborn are only the beginning. They aren't kidding when they say there's no love like that of a mother for her child, and although days like her wedding day are far far in the future, I already choke up thinking of all the milestones and relationships that are waiting for her.
But for now, its just us - and more than ever before I think there is a place to honor that on a wedding day.
