Senior Week, Day 4: Meredith!

Meredith’s evening senior session was such a treat from start to finish! I had photographed her brother’s senior portraits a few years back, so when I got the message about documenting Meredith’s senior year, I was genuinely so excited 🎉There’s always something really special about getting to work with families again during such meaningful milestones.

We started the evening along Tabor Academy’s waterfront before making our way over to Silvershell Beach just in time for sunset and WOW…the sky absolutely showed off for us.

Summer evenings on the SouthCoast really are hard to beat!

Senior Week, Day 3: Evan 🏈

Evan’s senior session was short and sweet over at Silvershell Beach, but one thing was clear right away, football had been such a huge part of his high school experience. Bringing along his Fairhaven letterman jacket felt like such an important piece of telling that story and documenting this chapter of his life authentically.

That’s something I always encourage during senior sessions. Whether you’re a football player, track athlete, dancer, musician, or captain of your team, senior portraits should feel personal to you and reflect the things that helped shape your high school years.

Senior year is such a milestone and a celebration of everything you’ve worked toward to get here!

Senior Week, Day Two: Sophie!

What a fun time Sophie's session was down at Slocum River Reserve in South Dartmouth - her dad and happy-go-lucky pup joined us for the session! Sophie mentioned that her and her dad would have picnics down at Slocum often, so it was obviously an important place for her. We chummed about at dusk, had some great laughs, and discussing big plans for Senior year!

Be like Sophie - bring your favorite pets, people, and make your session personal and intentional - that's the point!

It's Senior Week! We are manifesting warmer weather around here, and what better way to do so than looking back on some great sessions from last summer ☀️

Day 1: Nina's Session!
Nina did such a phenomenal job during her session - she even made her own bouquet for it too!

Evening sessions are my favorite because you get a softer, more glowy feel to the photos, but also a nice break from the day's heat (which is always a win-win situation).

It's May 4th, summer is around the corner and then it'll be Class of 2027's time to shine 🎉

Thinking about how sweet Emily and Evan’s wedding day was 💛

Both Emily and Evan looked incredible - Evan in his green suit (truly a choice, and the right one) and Emily in a dress straight out of a fairytale. A real-life princess moment!

As high school sweethearts, their vows were especially heartwarming - equal parts deeply meaningful and delightfully funny. The entire day felt so them: full of laughter, happy tears, and yes… cats!

Kind people, heartfelt moments, and some seriously impressive dance floor moves - what more could you literally ask for?!

Happy (almost) three-month anniversary to these two, with so many more anniversaries - and cats -to come 🥳

Sharing a bit of Gabby & Jordan’s fall engagement session to warm my soul because this cold front is really doing the mosttttttttt.

G&J chose Walden Pond since Jordan popped the question right at the water’s edge, and honestly, it doesn’t get much more iconic than that. One of Massachusetts’ many hidden gems. As a former English major who spent plenty of time reading and learning about Thoreau, I was fully on board from the jump!

So excited to celebrate these two at their wedding next year! 🥳
