Hi there! I'm m considering this a "rebrand" as I find myself in photography again.
I have always loved photography. In highschool I forced my friends to do photoshoots and if they didn't want to- I took photos of anything and everything else around me.
In 2011, I met a boy named Justin. Fast forward to 2017 we got married and in 2020 had our first baby boy. That's when life started to get busy! My husband found himself interested in photography along the way as well. We have had such amazing opportunities working together whether it be for business or for fun! We previously have done a few years of very successful wedding photography. It took off more than expected. We shared some of it here on our mutual page .
Throughout this time period of wedding photography, we also grew our family. In 2022 we had our sweet and sassy little girl and in 2025 we had our sweet (and final) baby. Together we have Henry, Eloise and William.
We decided to step back from weddings because, well to be honest, we got burnt quickly! We wanted to both take a minute- figure out what was next for us.
Having three babies, working full time as a social worker and just life in general was very crazy! love my life and am always SO grateful. However, this much change in a short amount of time doesn't come without struggles. Struggles with mental health, physical health and all the things. Who am I anymore??
Unlike my husband, I took a BIG step back from photography all together. I felt totally disconnected from it, which made me feel very sad. I think knowing now that I'm coming out of the newborn trenches, I'm ready to find "me" again. This includes my passion for photography. I miss it. I miss getting excited about it. I miss having fun with it. I want to use it as my creative outlet again.
You won't find me doing typical photoshoots anymore. I want to take on projects that are unique and creative. They may be personal projects, using this platform more as a journal or they may be photoshoots that I feel allow me to express my creativity more. Stay tuned đ
