Another full weekend for me, both professionally and personally. When both can be combined, it makes for an extra sweet time. Friday night was RARA's Movies In The Park event, and "Mario Jack" was able to attend! He enjoyed one of his favorite movie and video game characters during "The Super Mario Galaxy Movie" in the grassy area behind Musson Elementary School in Rochester Hills.

There were also lawn games, spin-to-win prizes offered by RARA and First State Bank, raffles to enter to win Mario Galaxy toys, and of course popcorn!

Yesterday, I had an extra-special session. In addition to their family portrait session, it was also this set of twins’ third birthday!!! 🎈🎈

I felt so honored that they wanted to spend part of their special day with me, saying “cheese” over and over again.

From the birthday-balloon surprises "Ms. Shara" gave these brand-new three-year-olds, to chasing ducks around the park, Benjamin dropping a balloon from the bridge, Aria’s “Oh brother!” side-eye, to getting the balloon back, a playful balloon fight, playground fun, climbing mountains, running through the flower garden, and so much more…it was a day filled with adventures, uh-ohs, giggles, pure joy, and...well deserved naps for all in the family afterward. 😂

Happy third birthday to this adorable duo! 🥳🥳🥳
