Happy 80th to my Mom, the Queen!!! I love you soo much! You are my Sunshine & all that is good. I am so happy we all got to celebrate with you earlier but look forward to part 2 today! You are so special to all of us and I’m so very thankful for your love, guidance, wisdom, humor, hugs, etc etc 😁 Not possible to put into words, you are simply the best & so loved!!! Happy Birthday!!! 🎂🎉🎊

Dearest Dad, Happy 80th Heavenly Birthday!!! I miss you more than words can say. You live on in my heart with every beat… still guiding me in the most miraculous of ways… showing your face to me in birds, eagles, cardinals, hearts, lady bugs, and today in the bouquet of yellow flowers that Mommy wished for & somehow was gifted them by a random stranger. You do the most amazing things! 😍 Eat some chocolate cake up on the clouds above. I ache to hug you but I will never forget your smile and laugh… kindness, knowledge, beauty and guidance. I love you Dadster. ❤️❤️🎂❤️❤️ (thank you to my cousin Christine for sending this baby pic 😄)

Pic of my brother and I taken just days before 9/11/2001 when the towers were still standing. I was so happy to be visiting him as he was going to school in NYC at the time. Eternally grateful he was safe. Remembering my friend Peter Alderman who was at a work meeting at Windows on the World at the time of the plane’s impact 🙏🏼 Teaching at HMS that day with my dear , no cell phones to find out if everyone was safe… the bonding that happened for so many of us in the midst of those moments.. my Aunt Joanie’s birthday… my parents who were traveling at the time having to take a cross-country train ride home since all flights were grounded… all the many emotions… this pic with Rob takes me right back. Life is a beautiful gift.. even in difficult times.. we get to lean on each other ❤️
