We spent our final day in Venice exploring the city. We walked through the markets, sat down and had spritzes, and finished our actual anniversary day with a gondola ride. This really was the trip of a lifetime and I'm a bit sad to go home!

Venice, Murano, Burano. Loved getting 'lost' today. Saw a glass master creating a glass horse in Murano, watched the 'youngest' lace artisan at 74 create lace in Burano, wandered along the canal and came across a Michelin star restaurant where we had a fantastic seafood dinner for less than a nice dinner at home!, and found some spectacular views on our sunset walk back to the hotel.

Yesterday, after a brief walk around town and a yummy tiramasu, Mark and I renewed our vows on Lake Como in the gardens of our hotel Villa Serbelloni. We had photos taken in town, on the boat, renewed our vows, and finished with a delicious lakeside dinner and a glorious sunset. It was the most perfect day. I can't wait to see our professional photos, but our photographer was kind enough to take these with her phone. Thank you Lake Como Photographer | Marta Guenzi !
