Emily and Mitchell | Spring blossoms are right around the corner and I personally can not wait. The early spring blossoms are the perfect time to celebrate your engagement, anniversary session, or just get out an update your photos for the wall at home. Andrew and Caroline | A stunning July wedding day at West Manor Estate in Forest, Virginia. These two share the most tender love and a beautifully blended family. There was not a moment of this day that was not genuine and carefully thought out. Part One of Brittany and Kyle’s most magical rainy day engagement session in DC 🥹 We spent some time in the art museum exploring all the exhibits finding our own corners of fun and then hit the town for part two of the evening.

Every single rainy day takes me back to this perfect rainy wedding on the edge of the Chesapeake Bay with the most emotion packed 10 hours I’ve had the pleasure to witness.

Tabby and Justin quite literally could never have their spirits broken because the joy these two shared made us feel like we saw sunshine the whole weekend. We laughed together, cried together, and every time tabby looked out the window it was never “why is it raining” and always “look how beautiful everything looks.” A true definition of wedding days for love and not looks 🥹

But don’t worry we made sure to capture that bay view for these two to carry wherever life takes them next. Also as always these perfect rainy wedding days never can be possible without the careful hand of perfectly picked vendor team 🤍

A little bit of Faith and Michael ✨One of the coolest things I get to do at this point in my career is helping new venues and vendors, and even veterans show off their talent through my photos, but this time specifically felt special because this venue has not totally even hit the market and is going to be one to talk about!

The views and the design are beyond amazing, and the story is even more special so I can not wait to see the final renovations and see couples making memories here.

Being in love in the summer is truly one of my favorites 🤍 Kelsea and Danny fought off the Spring rain with reschedules and new plans which led us instead to dancing away in the summer flowers.

So while I try to avoid NC summer heat in every way possible I think this trip around the Raleigh Rose Garden and sunset by the art museum has me feeling some type of way and extra excited for this beyond enchanting couples wedding next May!

A quick look into the most quite, sweet, and intimate wedding day for Carl and Sarah Showalters Orchard and Greenhouse 🤍 These two braved the immense summer heat and crazy stormy weather for the most amazing outdoor ceremony overlooking their favorite mountains.

They had the pleasure of including their very own home and special furry friend as part of their big day, as well as personal touches from many talented family members who made the day possible!

Natalie and Chris’s downtown Roanoke engagement session was the perfect blend of modern romance and giddy love. We began their afternoon at Hotel Roanoke capturing all the fun of the traditional Roanoke architecture and a quick glass of champagne at the bar, then headed to my favorite set of stairs, and ended with lots of laughter as the sunset on a rooftop where the panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains provided a breathtaking backdrop for a little dancing and more champagne.

Truly a day of making memories to celebrate their next big adventure together, final album coming soon!
