I figured it was about time I introduced myself since we’ve got quite a few new faces around here!
I’m Kayla, the girl behind the camera at Kayla Norred Photography. I’m a small-town mama to 5 who loves Jesus, loves her family, and believes the sweetest moments in life deserve to be remembered.
When I’m not behind my camera, you’ll usually find me at the ballfield cheering on my son, spending time with my husband and kids, or soaking up a pretty Alabama sunset. Those simple, everyday moments are the ones that mean the most to me—and that’s exactly what I love to capture for my clients.
Photography has become so much more than just taking pictures. It’s preserving memories that you’ll be able to look back on years from now. The tiny hands that won’t stay little, the genuine laughs, the bear hugs, and all those little in-between moments that make your family uniquely yours.
If you’ve ever worried about being awkward in front of the camera, don’t! I promise my sessions are laid-back, full of laughs, and as stress-free as possible. My goal is for you to leave with beautiful photos and even better memories.
