A little reminder from the Curate team 🤍
We absolutely love sharing Curate with our creative community, and we want to keep this space beautiful, welcoming, and in great condition for everyone who rents and uses it.
Lately, we’ve had a few issues that we need to address — including people entering the studio before their scheduled rental time, staying beyond their reserved time, and unfortunately, damage to our floors, furniture, and other items in the studio.
Please remember that your rental time includes your setup, session, cleanup, and exit. If your booking is from 2:00–4:00, you should not enter the studio before 2:00, and you need to be completely out by 4:00. Arriving early or staying late impacts the renter before or after you.
Most importantly, please remember to respect our space. Curate is a space that we have put a tremendous amount of time, money, and love into creating. Our furniture, floors, props, equipment, and décor are there for you to enjoy, but they also need to be treated with care.
Our rental fees help us maintain and continually improve the studio. When items are damaged or the rental guidelines aren't followed, it affects our ability to keep Curate beautiful and available to our community.
Going forward, if the rental rules are not followed, further action may be taken, including additional charges for damages or other violations and/or restrictions on future use of the studio.
We truly appreciate everyone who treats Curate with the same care and respect they would want for their own space. 🤍
