Hello, my name is Latoya, and I’m the proud owner of Free Life Expressions—also known as JUST FLX. I was born and raised on the west side of Chicago in a community called K-Town. Even as a child, I was drawn to art and known for my creativity throughout school. My imagination naturally turned s

hapes, lines, textures, and even branches into images waiting to be captured. I’ve always seen the world a little differently, and I love finding beauty in all forms of art. My passion for photography began back in the days of disposable cameras and film rolls (yes, way back!). That spark grew stronger when I pursued my AAS in Digital Multimedia, followed by a BA in Information Technology from DePaul University. In 2018, I decided to turn my passion into a career and established Free Life Expressions LLC. The name reflects my belief that we all have the power to express and create our lives freely. This wasn’t just another boat ride — this was a full experience from start to finish. From the laughter, dancing, music, and genuine connections to the beautiful skyline views and unforgettable sunset, every moment carried its own energy. Watching the city transform from golden hour into a night full of lights created the perfect backdrop for memories that deserved to be captured the right way.
