We took a family trip to Yellowstone Bear World which is off US20 between Rigby and Rexburg Idaho. They have over 60 bears, native deer, swans, a heard of bison, and a herd of elk. They have white elk, at least 3 of them. The genetic chances of a white elk are supposed to be 1 in 6 million.
They also have bear cubs, a petting zoo, kiddie rides, an animatronic "Jurassic Creek", two gift shops, and "dancing fountains".
You can sign up for feeding rides on an elevated truck to feed the bears, schedule a bottle feeding with cubs, and the drive thru park lets you drive through as many times as you want so if you didn't get the pictures the first time, drive through it again.

Went out to Nevermore and turned off the yard hydrants. After the storms reach us, overnight lows are expected to dip into the low 30's.
The trees out there are all looking ok, even the tiny western white pine which is literally just a stick looking at its first winter.

Morning

Feels like a Monday. Bosses want a meeting with the WP drivers after morning route.
Struggled to get to sleep last night.
And behold! A mechanic was at the shop this morning and currently has no new or useful info about what the hell is going on with my bus.
