Taking a break to listen and learn. “So many of us look at the world through small, individual views and put blinders on when we see fit so as to not inconvenience ourselves. Just because something doesn’t happen to you or a movement doesn’t affect you does not mean it doesn’t exist or has validity.” -clickthompson
I will never truly understand, but I am stopping, listening, and learning and vow to teach my children about the importance of this moment in history. We have to do better. Change is coming.

As the blossoms are slowly starting to fall, I am grateful that I was able to fit one almond blossom session into my schedule this year! You never really know what life is going to bring your way. I love my job and love staying home with my babies, but when Bikram Yoga Teacher Training came my way I knew that I had to jump in. As always, I am looking forward to what the future has in store in all the facets of my life!
