We have multiple props to put your ideas to life along with a small kitchen. This space is a mix of neutral, vintage and and bohemian accents that can pair with any mood board. You can bring your own props but you are always welcome to use the studio props too! Location
We are located right outside Cape May and the Wildwood area, tucked over on the South end of Rio Grande. Surrounding us is Green Street Market, Restaurants, Wawa, and many that door dash encase ya get hungry! Parking
Parking is available in the building lot for free, in front of Studio. If that lot is full the Walmart Parking lot across the street is available. Lighting
Create With Ash Studios has 5 large windows including the door window. The front of the building is glass so depending on the time of your booking you will mostly always have light. The building is located on the ground floor and easily accessible. You do have access to extra lighting if needed. Included in your Booking

Refunds and Timing Guideline
Please read through the cancellation and refund policy. No refunds will be available for last minute cancellations. If notified within 7 days prior to your booking date, a refund of 100% will be given. Half refund will be given within 7 days of your booking. Please be mindful of the time it takes for you to set up and break down. Do not enter the building upon the start time of your session, unless requested earlier approval. If you are late, you may not be able to add additional time, unless there is no booking following yours. Cleaning
We pride ourselves in keeping this space clean and tidy. Please clean up after your booking. The trash bin is in the lounge room, and trash bags are under the sink if needed. There is a vacuum accessible if you need a little extra clean up. Thank you for your consideration of treating this space like your own! The full amount of the fee will be due at the time of your booking. STUDIO RULES & POLICIES:
Please be sure to read through and agree with the rules and policies upon booking your session at the Studio. We are so happy you’re here and if there’s any questions or concerns, please reach out! Please note: failure to comply with these guidelines will result in a MINIMUM fee of $25. Please be courteous with your time. The amount of time you blocked out includes your setup and break down. Please don’t enter the Studio prior to your scheduled booking. Please clean up on time to ensure the next scheduled booking can start. If you need any extra time, please contact the number provided on your instructions. If the Studio is not booked after your session, we can accommodate extra time at our hourly rate. In NO event will glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, candles or open flames of any sort be allowed in the Studio. Pets are not allowed unless given approval. Alcoholic drinks are not permitted on the premises. Mocktails only please. It is recommended to have liability insurance before entering the Studio, as Create with Ash Studios is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during your scheduled booking time. DAMAGES & CLEANING
In order to keep damages from happening a cleaning fee will be implemented after your booking. You are 100% responsible for any damages/stains that may occur during your booking. Please report any damages/stains on the furniture, props, floors, walls and backdrop. Once damage is reported you will then be charged a MINIMUM $25 damage fee. This fee depends on the extent of the damage. If damage results in the item being replaced, you will then be held responsible for the entire cost of the replacement. If items are damaged upon your arrival(by the previous client), report immediately in order to avoid being charged. If you damage something, fail to report it, and the following client reports it, you will then be charged! If you applied self tanner/foundation on, please make sure it’s completely dried prior to sitting on the furniture. Any stains from these will be a MINIMUM of $25 fee. Leave time to clean up your trash, there is a trash tin in the lounge room. Please move furniture back to its original placement. Cleaning supplies is under the kitchen sink if needed. Please leave the Studio exactly how you found it and treat it as if it were your own! We love all that is and will be created in this space. All my love, Ash.
