Senior trailer sessions will forever be my favorite โ not the actual taking of photos, but the flashback in time.
Setup is not super enjoyable for the family, it's hot, the wind is blowing banners off the trailer, you can't remember where an award is. But as the parent grabs an award to hang, they are flooded with the memory of that day. Maybe they remember that animal, its name, the breeder, what she wore that day, the sibling fight occurred on the way to the show, maybe a supporter in attendance who is no longer here, etc.
As a parent with a child showing and compiling quite the collection of awards already. I know in a blink of an eye we will be at this milestone. Boy, I hope I remember every detail of the ride!
