Little did I know one idea could turn into this…
a journey, a gathering, a moment I’ll carry with me for a long time.
An idea → a portrait → a plane ticket → a gallery wall →
surrounded by the people I love, celebrating something that began quietly and grew wings.
Atlanta, the walls, the laughter, the togetherness… all of it made my heart very happy. 🤍
Endlessly grateful to NAPCP for honoring this all of our work and the stories behind it.

In March we celebrate women, strong women💪
National Rosie the Riveter Day honors the women who stepped up during World War II and completely shifted what was possible. They didn’t just fill roles… they redefined them.
I live for the “We Can Do It!” energy! And guess what friends?
It is Still here. Still showing up.
I see it in so many of you every day… building, leading, loving, pushing forward… and it makes my heart so happy ❤️

So many things the same, some different - I relocated from Florida to Virginia.. leaving was hard.. many tears were shed. Moving to a town where I didn’t know ANYONE was one of the scariest things I’ve ever done.. BUT I did it and since then I’ve rebranded, my studio has a home in the heart of ( the BEST family a gal could ask for!), I have made RVA home and have found family and community I never knew in 2016 even existed.

📸✨ Where my Bridgerton Fans at?! This One’s for You! ✨📸

Okay, but seriously… Lumen’s fine art session was next level magical. 💙 The moment she stepped in front of my camera, it was like she had just waltzed out of a Bridgerton ball—graceful, timeless, and totally giving Regency-era royalty vibes. And let’s be real, if Lady Whistledown had been there, she would have definitely spilled the tea on how stunning this session was. ☕👀

Her mom and I had been dreaming up this shoot for months (because, duh, we’re huge Bridgerton fans), and oh my goodness, it turned out even better than I imagined. Soft, dreamy light? Check. The perfect color harmony? Check. A look that screams, “Your Grace, may I have this dance?”? BIG check. 😍

💛 Something new, something meaningful... something that’s been on my heart for a while. 💛

I’m officially opening up fine art portrait sessions in my studio! Over the past year, I’ve felt a deep pull to slow down, be more intentional, and create art—the kind that feels timeless and soulful. This journey has been such a gift. Growing and evolving as an artist over the years has brought me so much joy and clarity.

The response so far has been overwhelming in the best way—the next month is already fully booked, and my heart is so full. I cannot wait to share more from these beautiful sessions.

To begin, I want to totally celebrate Meghan and her girls. She is wildly talented and I love how she styled this session with so much love and care. I’m endlessly grateful for her trust in allowing me to create with her & her girls. 💛

This is just the beginning… and I couldn’t be more excited.

This past Fall flew past me, I always look forward to wishing my wedding couples a Happy Anniversary! When I missed Hannah & Tanner’s special day I knew I needed to hold on to this post until today! (Hannah will get it!) Hannah and I bonded over our love for Taylor Swift, so today felt like the perfect day to wish Tanner & Hannah a happy first year of marriage!!! Your day was just perfect, just like your LOVE STORY!
