I had the privilege of photographing this awe-inspring show featuring a few of my favorite Richmond-based DJs opening up for Zebbler Encanti Experience and Moniker. It was in this little venue called Club R2 in Charlottesville, VA... which despite its seemingly small space and hole-in-the-wall placement, had me feeling a surprising level of intimacy with the performers. ZEE's production would have blown a bigger venue out of the water, but the fact that we got to experience it up close and with a cozy crowd of friends was well worth it.

Hello internet! This is my first post on my “professional” Instagram page. This will be a place where I keep you updated with my official photography work. I’ll start with a throwback to my adventures in Michigan this summer. This is Douglas Lake, whose beaches partly reside on the University of Michigan Biological Station property where I worked for much of the summer as a field tech. This place was truly awesome and I have soooo many pictures to show of it which I’ll probably post on my Flickr, which I’ll link once I get that page updated (I haven’t used it for years). Until then, keep your eyes peeled 👀 @ University of Michigan Biological Station (UMBS)
