Usually there are three of us at a surprise proposal. Last night at Beavertail State Park there were four 💍

Nathan and Faith came up from Virginia with 10-month-old Leona, who got a front-row seat to watch Daddy propose to Mommy. 👶

While they took in the view, Faith was so struck by Beavertail that she told Nathan she wished they had a photographer with them. There was even an engagement shoot happening nearby, and she thought about asking that photographer to grab a few shots for them.❤️

Nathan pulled off a real surprise. Right after saying yes, Faith’s first worry was her nails, since she hadn’t known there’d be a photoshoot. 😄

What she didn’t know was that Nathan had planned a double surprise: a ring AND a photographer already in place. 📸✨

Congratulations to this wonderful family. Leona will have quite a story to hear someday. 🌊💕

Yesterday at Beavertail State Park, Joe asked Gabrielle the big question, and she never saw it coming! 💍 The look on her face when she turned around and found him on one knee is exactly why I love what I do. 🌊

Kudos, Joe, you pulled it off perfectly! Congratulations to you both. ❤️

As the days get shorter and my Saturday morning bike rides keep me moving, finding balance is everything 🚲🍂 Juggling multiple proposals in one afternoon definitely gets trickier as the days shorten.

Huge congratulations to Parker and Brooke on their gorgeous fall proposal at the Goat Island lighthouse! 💍✨ A massive shoutout to the amazing staff at Newport Harbor Island Resort—when Parker was settling his tab and they found out what he was up to, they surprised him with a small bottle of ch*****ne and two coups to celebrate. Absolute class! 🥂

Fall proposal on the Cliff Walk! 💍🍂

I usually steer clear of Cliff Walk proposals during peak season because parking is a total gamble, but yesterday’s mid-day autumn session felt like a safe bet. What I didn’t bank on was an 80-degree heatwave! ☀️☀️☀️

The plan was straightforward: Tim and Jess would tour The Breakers and walk out to Ochre Point for a 12:45 PM proposal. Then the plot twists started. Their tour finished early, and when I arrived on Narragansett Avenue at 12:10 PM, parking was completely jammed with traffic backing up. I had to think fast, so I tapped AI for a quick assist to locate legal street parking nearby. 🚗💨

Spot secured! The only catch? The walk—or rather, full sprint—carrying all my camera gear. Meanwhile, Tim was pacing along the Cliff Walk trying to kill time. Thanks to GPS tracking, I could see he was just ahead of me. As I finally rounded Ochre Point, dripping in sweat from the heat and the run, Tim wasted zero time and dropped to one knee.

It couldn’t have worked out more perfectly. And you know it’s a true surprise when the bride-to-be’s first reaction is wishing she’d gotten her nails done! 💅 Perfect ex*****on, Tim!
