“Helthy” was the first single off our last EP ‘American Spirit’

This song came together in the best way. What started as an 8 bar “check out this cool little beat and bass line” turned into a collaborative effort in the studio where we wrote the rest of the song and lyrics in one day. It’s dark, it’s weird, and it’s moody, but its us. We decided to work with Altamira Film Co. for this tune because we loved their work on our “No Filter” video. No filter was a pop tune with bright colors and a big summertime vibe. We wanted to do the antithesis of that with the “Helthy” video and explore Altamira’s dark side 😈 We love the way it came out, and hope you do too! - Nick Gargiulo
