Do I have to say that I teared up writing this post?

In the middle of my blessedly busy wedding season, I’m blessed enough to photograph maternity sessions, cake smashes, engagement sessions, but this one — as you all know — will always be super, super close to my heart.

Mariane & Altair are expecting their third child, and I look back to when we shot their first maternity session and remember how much they prayed for children, for a beautiful family… and now they have their dream come true.

They are special in many ways, but raising children of God is the most special attribute of both of them. I’m so proud!

This maternity session is a reminder that the days are long, but the years are fast.

Mari & Altair, may God continue blessing your family as you grow close to His heart.

A little introduction to 🤍

This beautiful new wedding and event venue in Lunenburg, Virginia was the perfect place for Morgan & Josh’s wedding day.

Fox Run is a family estate with roots going back to the 1990s, filled with years of memories, tradition, and now a new chapter of weddings and gatherings.

It felt so special photographing a wedding at a venue that is just beginning this part of its story… and knowing Morgan & Josh will always be part of that first chapter.

Such an honor to photograph Larissa & Alexandre’s wedding at Saint Michael Roman Catholic Church.
