Like you, I'm always working to stay on top of the latest info in my industry. So, I downloaded a report from, of all places, Reddit. Surprisingly, it contained so much great B2B info!
For years, I've been telling anyone that would listen that B2B buying habits have drastically changed over the years. Maybe you know this, too.
This has been called "The Dark Funnel" and it's the part of the buyer's journey that occurs before a potential customer engages with a company’s marketing or sales channels.
This report is massive proof that it's true.
The biggest takeaways?

::: Buyers need unbiased info to make decisions and most have already made up their mind before you know they exist. :::

What's your solution???
GIVE BUYERS THE INFO THEY WANT.
(Sorry, I know it's rude to shout...)
Give buyers the info they want whether it's on your website, a social media post or like a ransom note slipped under their door.
Some of this info can be widgets on your website, or vendor comparison tables, and some can be (in my biased viewpoint) video.
You already know that video is super-fantastico at building trust so use it when that matters most.

P.S.
Download the report from Reddit. (Link in the comments.)
Now, of course, Reddit is selling their advertising services, which is cool, but unfortunately, the report doesn't offer much in the way of solutions except "Advertise on Reddit." Which is ironic, because that's pretty biased. 😁
