This last week has been nothing short of magical. We have been so inundated with customers (regular and new) who are wanting to get one last bouquet before the frost comes. Don’t get me wrong, it’s been HARD work. The level of love I’ve been shown from customers engaging my children while I run around trying to process everyone’s bouquets and fill orders is huge, there aren’t words to explain my gratitude. I am basically dragging my feet inside the house with kiddos in tow to shower and crawl into bed each night. But the love and support this community continues to show us is hard to put into words. You don’t really know what small town love is until you live in one, and the Washougal/Camas area is special ✨
We are open regular hours this weekend, if you haven’t stopped by please do! Soak up this warm weather magic before it fades away!

Our u-cut officially opens tomorrow, Tuesday August 23rd! We open at 9 AM and will close once the fields have been picked of all open blooms. Please anticipate that these first few days we will be closed by mid afternoon, the fields are still working their way up to full bloom. Can’t wait to see you all soon!

Reminder to be nice to your photographer - we’re trying our best to only earn half our income 🤷🏼‍♀️

These are the reasons why we have non-refundable deposits, rescheduling fees, and our prices are how they are (even if we wish we had them higher).

Most of us need a reminder that we need to charge our worth, but with the constant hit back of being too expensive, it’s good to make sure people understand just how minimal our pay is for the amount of work we actually do.

Also, did you know new cameras have lifespans? You can’t just buy a camera and have it for life anymore.
Cameras have shutter counts (the amount of times you press that little button on top that takes the picture) and your camera will eventually die due to a high shutter count, and the cost to replace the shutter in the camera is the same if not more of buying an entirely new camera body - and you can’t be a photographer without a camera, so that’s an expense we always have to have in the back of our minds (what if my camera errors today?).
