Ēostre or Ostara, the Germanic/Anglo-Saxon goddess of spring and dawn. She is often depicted with hares and eggs representing fertility. I couldn't make that look cool. Next time.
The word Easter, and traditions like the good ol bunny are most likely from her origins.
