Passengers on a plane scheduled to fly from Indianapolis to New Orleans received the bad news that they would be delayed for 5 hours. Having already boarded, an extremely resourceful flight attendant called Kari Mann had the tough job of keeping passengers calm and happy. While making her rounds, she discovered an elderly barbershop quartet was on the plane. Spotting a chance to keep everybody entertained, Kari asked if they would consider performing for the plane to keep everyone’s spirits up during the delay. They agreed and what they did was magical.
