I had a moment at my photoshoot last night (besides the crazy person yelling at me 😂). We walked by a whole family taking pictures and there was an older woman sitting in a chair watching the rest of her family. As we walked by I just smiled and said, “Oh, what a wonderful view to watch”. She smiled and laughed, responding that it was. Now sitting here, editing sneak peeks, I’m thinking oh my goodness this is why I do this. That family will cherish those forever when she is gone. She will cherish those while she still has time. My goodness are pictures of the ones you love worth it.
Worth the money, the feeling uncomfortable in your own skin, the stress, the driving, the inevitably tired kids, and the time. Worth. It.
I am SO grateful this is my job. That I spend the moments with people that they want to remember forever. And I am beyond thankful for how busy this season has been for me, the recommendations you have given to others, and the trust you all have put in me to capture these fleeting moments 🫶🏼
