It’s Friday! And we are excited because tomorrow we have our first wedding of the year Camarillo Ranch] , seemed fitting to post a photo of the last wedding we coordinated there for Kris and Shannon. We are so excited and can’t wait to be back there today for the rehearsal and tomorrow for the wedding ☺️. Here to say small intimate weddings are still a thing. The fiancé and I have officially started wedding planning and we decided on a small intimate wedding of 50 guests. I never I thought I would feel stressed planning my own wedding, being in the industry and all, I thought to myself it’ll be easy peasy. But I never quite thought of the personal aspect that comes along with planning e.g The who should we invite and who’s feelings will we be hurting and boy oh boy am I feeling it now. For my couples planning their weddings, big or small you’re definitely not alone. Just remember that this is your day and the way I see it is if someone truly loves you and respects you they will be understanding and will respect your decisions. Just be open and honest with your loved ones and hope for the best ❤️.

For anyone planning on a small intimate wedding I leave this inspo of Ed & Lee’s 40 person wedding right here. Just look at how beautiful it looked, their wedding has definitely been some inspiration for me 😍.

Love a beautifully displayed dessert spread. Let’s talk desserts on this beautiful gloomy Monday. What are you having for your wedding? a cake? dessert station with various options? Or perhaps both? I normally recommend doing both, an assortment of desserts with a smaller cake for you to cut into for your photos.

Let’s talk welcome tables… when purchasing your decor don’t forget about your welcome table. Nowadays guests most commonly bring you cards, it’s rare to receive physical gifts, and let’s face it deep down I think we all want the cards 💌😉 . This is why you’ll want to think of ways to spruce up your welcome table, you’ll want more than just your card box and guest book on there. Maybe print out a couple photos of the two of you, add a nice welcome sign etc… swipe
