📸 PICTURE DAY IS TOMORROW! 📸

Tomorrow is a big one, we have School Pictures AND Fall Sports Pictures happening on the same day! 😬📸
I’ll attach photos of both order forms below, but I have a few VERY important reminders to help everything go smoothly:
🔸 ONE CHILD = ONE ORDER FORM
Please, please, PLEASE send a separate order form for each child. Even if you have multiple kiddos in the same family, each child needs their own form. No exceptions. The school front offices have extras available.
Multiple children on one order form becomes incredibly difficult to sort out once I’m matching hundreds of images, orders, payments, and packages after picture day.
One kiddo. One form. Every time. 🙌
💵 One payment for multiple kids IS totally fine!
You absolutely can write one check or send one payment to cover all of your children. Just make a note on each order form telling me where the payment is.
For example:
“Payment is in Jane Smith’s envelope — covers Jane 6th grade, John 2nd grade & Jack 1st grade.”
That gives me a nice little breadcrumb trail to follow when I’m sorting everything later. 😂
🏈🏐📣 SPORTS BUDDY PHOTOS
YES! Your athlete can absolutely grab a buddy photo with a sibling, teammate, best friend, etc.
But if you want to order that buddy photo, please tell me exactly which item you want it used for.
For example:
• “Use buddy photo for the 5x7”
• “Buddy photo on magnet”
• “Use buddy photo for one set of wallets”
If you order a sports package, I will assume all items in that package are individual photos of your athlete unless you specifically tell me otherwise.
