I'm posting here not to rant but to save you time. I made an attempt to support the brick and mortar stores so they do not disappear completely by competition of amazon. However, my experience was a waste of time and effort when dealing with Bestbuy.com and Best Buy customer service in general. So I decided to take to Social Media to give you a heads up on what to expect next time you buy from them.
