There is nothing quite like a blue bird day up at Lake Tahoe!

The Jewel of the Sierras was absolutely stunning this weekend—crystal-clear skies, that unreal sapphire water, and snow-capped peaks as far as the eye could see. I had so much fun running around the shore with this amazing family, capturing their laughter and connections against this dreamy backdrop.

This is exactly why I love being a family portrait vacation photographer in the Reno-Tahoe area. Getting to be part of someone's vacation memories—the hugs, the tickle fights, the genuine smiles—it never gets old.

There is nothing quite like a blue bird day up at Lake Tahoe!

The Jewel of the Sierras was absolutely stunning, crystal-clear skies, and that unreal sapphire water, as far as the eye could see. I had so much fun running around the shore with this amazing family, capturing their laughter and connections against this dreamy backdrop.

Rain, sleet or snow, the wedding is still on!

Kings Beach has a great little venue right off the shore. This couple had the best “best doggo” to walk the groom down the aisle and they even had time for a light saber duel!
