This family has been so good to me throughout the years, and it’s definitely a little bittersweet to see them go. I will miss them dearly! πŸ₯Ή

But more than anything, I’m so excited for them as they begin this new adventure away from these parts. I know there are so many beautiful things ahead for them, and I’m wishing them nothing but the very best in this next chapter!

Getting to photograph her here, carrying her baby and surrounded by the place that she proudly calls it β€œsecond home”, made this maternity session even more special.

This is a place she knows and gets to experience in every season. And on this evening, the water was calm, the sunset was showing off, and everything was covered in the most beautiful golden light!!!

Refreshing the brand for the amazing and gorgeous Harmony Steingrebe | RENO Β· TAHOE Realtor !

I’ve had the pleasure of photographing her several times over the years, so getting to work with her again this time to refresh her branding and create a new library of content for her business was such a fun project!

She has built an incredible career in luxury real estate, and this session was all about creating a collection of images that reflects where her brand is today…polished, confident, sophisticated, approachable, and still true to her personality.

We created a mix of editorial portraits, lifestyle images, and behind the scenes moments that she can use across her marketing and social media while keeping everything cohesive and intentional!

She planned this day with so much intention!

More than creating a beautiful wedding, she wanted it to reflect what mattered most to her…her family, her faith, and the traditions that have shaped her life🀍

One of the most beautiful moments was watching her offer her bouquet as a symbol of gratitude and a prayer over her marriage. It was quiet and so heartfelt. Some traditions are more than customs, they’re love stories passed down through generations!!

She moved through the day with such grace, she truly looked like she was floating. It was an absolute honor to preserve these memories for her and her family 🀍

This beautiful family walked into the studio as brand new clients, but it didn’t take long before it felt like we had known each other for so much longer!!!

We spent the session talking about this incredible new season of life, sharing stories, laughing, and soaking in all the sweetness that comes with welcoming a brand new baby!!

And can we talk about this precious baby girl??? She was an absolute dream!!! I truly think she knew it was HER photoshoot because she slept so peacefully, gave us the sweetest little expressions, and let us create more beautiful images than we could have ever hoped for!!

Absolutely perfect!!! 🀍☺️

There was so much love in the room! And I, personally love the simple moments, so the way they looked at their angel, kissed her tiny cheeks, how they held her in their arms…honestly, this is everything!

Then, as we were wrapping up, we realized we share some very special people in our lives! It’s amazing how God weaves connections together! What started as a session with brand new clients ended with hugs, shared stories, and we just knew, our paths were meant to be crossed!!! πŸ₯ΉπŸ€

Whenever I walk into a new place, I quietly take it all in. I love observing people, their energy, their kindness, the way they make others feel.

When I first started working out, one of the first people to welcome me was Courtney Durham. This woman is sunshine in human form! Always cheering everyone on, always smiling, always encouraging everybody! And when Courtney and Matt workout together is really such an energy! Watching them push each other toward their goals is so inspiring.

But getting to photograph them with their kids… that was the sweetest part!!!!

The same joy, kindness, and encouragement they bring to the gym is exactly what they bring to their family. Their kids are respectful, fun, and so full of love. You can feel the connection they share, and it was such an honor to capture it!!

Courtney & Matt, thank you for inspiring me. You probably don’t even realize you’re doing it, but people are watching… and leaving better because of it ☺️🀍
