I usually don’t get on social media to vent but I need to vent, also to let my friends and family know. Saint Mary’s hospital has gone down in flames! My dad was admitted to the ER for a blood oxygen level at 87. When we first got to the ER the nurse that took us back argued with my dad and questioned him on why he worried about his blood oxygen. Yes, my dad is not the most easiest person to deal with but I am blown away with how they have been treating him! He spent the night last night at the hospital and when I came in this morning my dad seemed upset and said he had one of the worst nights. They were supposed to put him on oxygen for the night but my dad advised that the oxygen was never on. Plus just now when the nurse came to do a couple things with him the oxygen was still off! I am blown away that Drs and nurses thinks it’s okay to treat an 80+ man this way! Please everyone stay away from Saint Mary’s Hospital! We will never come back here after this!
