Last week we had the privilege of photographing our 1,000th home since starting up in 2023, and it was a real beauty!

Here is the listing video we shot of 130 East Side Drive in Rehoboth Beach, the landmark home. It was a real honor getting to capture this home and all the space it has to offer its buyer!

What can you expect when you work with us? For starters, you can expect us to do everything we can to make sure a home looks its best in photos.

This condo from a recent shoot is a prime example. When we arrived for photos, two of the three beds weren't made, the dining table was bare, and the living room needed a little fluffing to be photo-ready. While we didn't put sheets on the beds, we did at least make them to appear presentable, then placed some simple place settings on the table before making some small, final touches in the living room like folding the blanket, adjusting pillows, and placing the books on the coffee table.

These little details elevated the space, making it feel turnkey and welcoming to anyone viewing the photos.

It is always fun getting to back to a home you've photographed before and seeing what's changed.

That was the case with this home in Maplewood we photographed two weeks ago. We photographed it when it came on the market in 2024, and it looks like a completely different home now!

Talk about a great find in one of Rehoboth Beach's quaintest neighborhoods.

Despite showing mostly finished homes on here, we also photograph pieces of land from time to time.

These photos are part of a larger, 30-acre parcel in Lincoln we photographed last week - the largest parcel we've photographed.

It was a little challenging, but as with any drone job, we had a ton of fun doing it!

Our favorite shoot last week was this beautiful home in Lewes that is going to be a vacation rental this summer!

Its private setting caught our eye, but so did some of the great features it offers for family fun away from the beach - ping pong and foosball in the basement, a fenced-in backyard with batting cage, and much more.

We can't wait to go back and photograph the backyard once it is set up and seeing what it looks like!

Last week we shot our 100th home of the year already!

The property was a three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in Lewes, with an open living area and a great back porch with pond views. It is being listed by Katie Green of the Carrie Lingo Team.

Our next milestone for 2026 will be photographing our 1,000th shoot since starting to capture real estate - and that should be hit by the end of the month too!

When it comes to drone photos, we often get asked why they should be included on a listing. Aside from the stats that say they help homes sell or book faster, here are some reasons we recommend them:

- They help buyers get a sense of how big the lot is

- Drone photos can show the community as a whole, which in some cases can help buyers understand the style of home in the community if there is no builder tie-in

- You can showcase the distance from the home to any community amenities

- Higher altitudes can showcase the area where the home is located, what's nearby, and how far different things (for example, the beach) are from the home

Our favorite shoot from last week is this home in Ocean View that is sure to be one of the coolest AirBnBs in the area!

Located in a quiet area off Route 26, this home has three bedrooms and a loft area that also serves as a sleeping space. What caught our eye was the large, open living space and awesome four-season room that was furnished as a game room with ping pong, darts, and more.

Just a short drive to Bethany Beach and everything the Quiet Resorts have to offer, we're sure this one will be booked fast once it goes live!
