Hi all! I know it’s been a long time since I’ve made a post on my photography page, but I’ve still been active with my camera.. believe me!! However, I’ve also been working full time and I’ve found that I can’t do it all (even though I was convinced I could 😉).

I started photography with a true passion for creating, meeting new people and capturing moments that would mean the world to those who experienced them. However, because I’ve had to balance my full time job with a hobby that I used to love, I’ve lost the real reason why I went into this business in the first place. That has been really difficult for me, to lose the love I used to have for picking up my camera.

I don’t want my difficulty trying to balance my professional and personal life to take away from the photos that I give to my clients. To ease this burnout I’m feeling, I’ve decided to only book weddings indefinitely beginning January 1, 2022.

Shooting engagement, newborn, senior, fall, maternity, and other lifestyle events has been such a pleasure. I’ve met some of the most AMAZING people through this and I’m heartbroken to step away. But, I know that this is what I need and I’m so happy to have clients that are so understanding. The remainder of 2021 shoots that have been scheduled are STILL ON. IMPORTANT UPDATE!

Hi everyone,

I wanted to explain to all of my scheduled clients why I’ve had to postpone or cancel some of my photoshoots. I have tested positive for COVID-19 and have had to isolate/quarantine. For the safety of myself, my family, and my clients, it’s imperative that I follow CDC and ODH guidelines.

I have already contacted all of my quarantine-affected clients so if I did not contact you, your photoshoot is still on the schedule for the month of December! If for some reason anything else changes, I will contact you directly. Please contact me if you want to verify your photoshoot.

I appreciate your continued patience and understanding during this difficult and uncertain time as holidays approach. I know that everyone wants family photos and I want to provide that for you, however my health and your health both come first.
