Old Growth Textures

When you spend time in the old growth redwoods you see many unique sights that you won’t see elsewhere. This tree had fallen over and broken at it’s base, probably on impact, many years ago. Here is the edge where it broke, in all it's jagged details, with the bark of a still standing giant behind it. I just like the abstract patterns, textures and colors here, they take my mind into a different mode.
