Point of Light Photo

Just a reminder....Calendars for 2027 are ready. I've made 2 this year: a Colorado Landscapes Calendar and a European Architecture Calendar.

Each is $30.00 which includes your shipping. I know the economy is tight now and I know $30.00 can be a lot, but just remember what you are supporting.

Not ME.

With your purchase you are supporting organizations that feed and clothe the homeless. You are supporting organizations that rescue abused and neglected animals.

You become a Point of Light with your purchase and together we can shine light into the darker corners of our world.

I've put a link to the calendars in the comments. If you want to join in the effort this year I'd be greatful!

An update for all of you wonderful people out there! I am slowly building my presentation for Colorado Photography Week & Pro Photographer Showdown. It is a BIG task and I'm loving it, but also buried under the weight of it.

I can't share the slideshow with you all until after the showdown but want to for sure! It is shaping up nicely.

Hope y'all are having a good Thursday!

And as also promised, here are the images included in my 2027 European Architecture Calendar. Each is $30.00 and includes your shipping.

I will put the link in the comments if you want one. Proceeds from this help me support organizations that feed people, help me support organizations that rescue abused and neglected animals.

I do this for them. I do this to make a difference. Each image was taken by me, created with heart, and now shared to create light. I hope you'll join me this year in getting a calendar and supporting the effort!

Hello and Happy Sunday!! ❤️

I've been a little quiet in the comments lately, but for good reason! I've been hard at work creating my 2027 calendars, and this year I'm offering TWO!

🏔️ Colorado Landscapes — Celebrating the incredible beauty of my home state.

🏰 European Architecture — Featuring beautiful architecture from England, Ireland, Scotland, and Denmark.

All photographed with curiosity. Created with heart. And now shared with light. ❤️

I'll share the photographs featured in each calendar in my next post!

They're $30 each, INCLUDING shipping! (I know...the economy, man! 😅)

But purchasing a calendar is one of the BEST ways you can support Point of Light Photo and help me make a difference. As always, profits go toward feeding the homeless and supporting organizations that rescue and provide medical care for abused and neglected animals.

I'll put the ordering link in the comments. Get one (or two or three...they make great gifts!).

Thank you to everyone who supports me through your purchases, kind words, comments, and engagement. You keep Point of Light Photo shining!

Let's band together and see just how BIG our light can shine in 2027! ❤️✨

Meet Betsy Botsford! One of the 2026 Showdown Competitors.

Inspired by her experiences working for the U.S. Forest Service and her personal journey through loss and healing, her photography reflects the beauty of being alone, but not lonely. It is such an honor to have my work hanging in the Joy & Wylde gallery in Redstone, Colorado. A big thank you to Dione Holt for being such a champion of my work!

I’m very excited to see where this leads Point of Light Photo!
