Are you looking to cool down this weekend? Follow in and footsteps.
The Trinity Trail Alliance is hosting MMBC Group Rides on May 11th to show off the amazing trail network and Weaverville hospitality. Following are some details:
The rides (beginner, intermediate, and advanced) begin at 9:00 a.m. from the East Weaver Creek Campground area. Lunch (hotdogs, chips and water for $5.00) will be available after at Lowden Park near the Pump Track provided by the Trinity HS BBQ club beginning around noonish.
In addition, Frontier Day will be held in Weaverville on the same day from 10 am to 4 pm including Nor Rel Muk Wintu Village display, Blacksmithing, Mule Train and Packing Demo, Chinese Character WritIng, Cowboy Poetry, and much more.
This is truly an awesome opportunity to visit Weaverville. Get out of the Redding heat, experience the truly amazing trails, meet some new friends, check out the new pump track, and enjoy Frontier Days. It’s an easy drive over the hill with the new Buckhorn.
