Fine Art Maternity — A New Option

I’ve been having so much fun playing with some absolutely beautiful digital backdrops!

I truly love the seamless, timeless backdrops I offer in my studio, and they will always have a special place in my work. But when clients start asking for something a little different… I listen! 😉

I’m not going to lie—I’m loving how this one turned out! This Fine Art Maternity look feels elegant, dreamy, and completely timeless in its own way.

Sometimes it’s fun to step outside the traditional studio look and create something a little more artistic and unique. If this is something you prefer, I am your girl.

As a photographer, I spend so much of my life preserving memories for other families. I freeze the moments they never want to forget—the laughter, the hugs, the tiny details that become priceless with time.

But every once in a while, I get to step behind my own camera and do the same for the people who gave me everything.

My parents were visiting, and I knew I couldn't let them leave without creating something special. This wasn't just another photo session. It was my way of saying thank you. Thank you for the unconditional love, the sacrifices, the lessons, and for believing in me long before I believed in myself.

As I watched them smile at each other through my lens, I wasn't just looking for the perfect light or the perfect composition. I was seeing the two people who built our family, who shaped the woman I have become, and who continue to remind me what love, commitment, and resilience truly look like.

Photographs become more valuable with every passing year. They are the only way we can hold on to moments that time refuses to keep. That's why I believe so deeply in what I do—not because I'm taking pictures, but because I'm preserving legacies.

These portraits of my mom and dad, Marco & Elsa, are among the most meaningful images I've ever created. Not because they are technically perfect, but because they are filled with love.

I love you both more than words can ever express. Thank you for being my greatest blessing and my first example of what a beautiful life looks like. ❤️

UCSB Grad Session - Four years ago, they arrived at San Nicolas Hall as strangers, full of excitement, uncertainty, and dreams about the future.

Last June, we returned to the very place where their college journey began. Only this time, they stood together as graduates—confident, accomplished, and surrounded by friendships.

There was so much laughter during this session as they reminisced about late-night study sessions, shared adventures, and all the moments that shaped their years at UCSB. It was impossible not to smile behind the camera, knowing these photographs tell a story far greater than graduation alone.

Some moments in life deserve to be remembered exactly as they happened. This was one of them.

Congratulations on this incredible achievement! Thank you for allowing me to capture such a meaningful chapter of your lives. Wishing each of you success, happiness, and a lifetime of memories together. I have no doubt these friendships will last forever. 🎓💙.
