Photographers — our main creative session runs from 12–3 PM featuring 3 fully styled sets and a curated group of preselected models in our professional studio environment. Perfect for focused shooting, creative collaboration, and building strong portfolio work.

Then from 3–4:30 PM, we’re opening the studio for an Open Model Session.

Interested in modeling? Building a portfolio? Always wanted to try a professional shoot environment? This portion of the event is designed for newer and aspiring models to gain experience, create images, and network with local photographers and creatives.

No agency experience required — just a willingness to create and collaborate.

Professional lighting, guided creative environments, music, movement, and artistic studio setups included.

Spots are limited to keep the experience comfortable and collaborative.

Introducing our third and final Aperture Ambassador of the season — Shane of

Shane is a Pennsylvania photographer working across live music, portraiture, and conceptual work. A musician first, his background deeply informs how he sees — and what he chooses to capture. His work is dark and emotionally driven — rooted in themes of beauty and decay, suffocation, and the weight we carry quietly. Edgy without being gratuitous. The kind of images that make you feel something before you understand why.

In his own words: "Photography was a way for me to seek beauty in the life around me, even if I couldn't find it in myself."

Our Aperture Ambassadors help us show what's possible in this space — and in return, they get more opportunities to create in it and shape the Community. Ambassador spots for this season are full, but our Hall Pass program is still open. Start there — and who knows where next season takes you.

Introducing our next Aperture Ambassador — Mikaya Wood of Lunar Lens Photography Co.

Mikaya is a portrait and special event photographer based in Central Pennsylvania who has been behind a camera since middle school. What started as a creative outlet became a career — and at 22 she's already building something real.

Her work lives in the dramatic end of the spectrum. Shadowy, cinematic, bold. The kind of images that feel intentional and hit you in the chest.

Two levels. Open studio hours. A discount on bookings. A community of photographers who are serious about their craft.

Co-op Member — $49/month — month-to-month, open studio sessions, workshop discounts, quarterly mixer.

Resident Member — $79/month — everything in Co-op, plus a private studio hour each month.

Not into a monthly commitment? You can still prepay for studio time — we offer a 10-hour bank so your hours are ready when you are.

She told me it was her shoot and I was just the photographer. She's 5. She's not even in kindergarten yet, but she had a vision:
space buns, headphones and of course a swimsuit.

Very strong opinions about all of it.
