Looking for a creative way to ring in the New Year? Spend New Year’s weekend engaged in a dynamic blend of yoga, meditation, movement, and painting with Hari Kirin Kaur Khalsa at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in the beautiful Berkshires of Massachusetts.

Last month I had the pleasure of visiting and photographing my beautiful friend Emily Wishall, an amazing Wellness Coach and Rolfer based out of Louisville, CO. Emily is passionate about helping people experience greater vitality & well being. She inspires others become more comfortable in their bodies and live life to their fullest potential. She demonstrates incredible self-discipline, confidence and passion; it has been such a joy to witness her growth over the past few years. Thank you Emily, for being such an incredible teacher, for recognizing my strengths and subtly giving me the motivation I needed to finally bring them forth into the world to serve others :)
