I have been notified by Ravenswood farm that they are canceling the flower truck event due to Covid-19 and Governor Enslee stay at home orders. They are not sure when they will be rebooking the flower truck. However I live on Lake Retreat and have a beautiful setting so as soon as we get the all clear I will host mini sessions. They will be in the evening for best lighting. I will offer multiple days to schedule. All proceeds will go to backpack buddies. The Ravenswood Farm will also be available for mini sessions I just have to wait till we get an okay to offer choices to families. Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Snow day for us here in Washington - I won't mention the amount of snow as my Minnesota friends would laugh (remember we basically have no plows here or salt).

With a snow day for the kids and myself, of course we needed to capture some snow pictures. I headed over to Ravenwoods to capture the beautiful Lucy. It was so delightful and snowy - so excited to get out an play a bit!

We met this family when we signed up for micro mod soccer when she was 4! They were the only other parents that had kids and were over age 35 so of course we bonded! Now are girls plays soccer and basketball together and it is so fun to see them go up together! Jennifer Wigen Taylor Andrea Jacoy Congleton

I don't do too many seniors but when they are as smart, talented and with beautiful red hair it is pretty easy to say yes! We had Hayden's session at Ravenwoods event location and then also at my house with the lake. All I can say about Ravenwoods is that it is truly a magical place with light and different backdrops - nature gives us so much to choose from and its all there when you look a little beyond the light.

Merry Christmas!! I can’t find a more updated photo of the girls unless I go edit some today so this will have to do! Ava is now 14 years old and Ivy is 9! Our little puppy is 7 months. Her name is Rumi - she gave us a robot vacuum today 🤣🎅🏻.

Its been forever since I have posted any of our outings here in the Northwest - the latest was the Cannon Beach area in Oregon - in love is all I can say about the area - the girls let me capture them on a few nights - since the sun disappears pretty quick I only had maybe 10 minutes to really work with as we were running the first night down the beach. Ivy starts kindergarten next week and Ava will be in 5th grade! School starts on Sept.1st so for those in MN enjoy one more week off! Our summer is so short here as the girls were out June 17th! Hope everyone has a great back to school week!

Our little Ivy turns 5 today! It has gone by so fast! These were taken at the Tulip Festival in Skagit Valley in Washington - it was so gorgeous!
