Goodbye May. Hello June.

A day late, but last month was busy. I kicked off wedding season and it's going to be amazing!

Little League season is coming to an end, but I absolutely loved it. I photographed over 250 kiddos in our Raton League. Sebby played his first year in minors and he has decided catching is his thing. Carm played her first year of softball and surprised all of us with how well she caught on and improved.

I watched my baby graduate from UNM with highest honors with a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology. So very proud 👏

My 15th year in education has come to an end. It had ups and downs, but I'm going to miss my kids next year and hope they will be peeking in my doorway come August ❤️

I photographed 5 beautiful families. I absolutely love watching your babies grow 💕

I underwent laparoscopic surgery to remove endometriosis lesions from four of my organs. Not a fun experience, but the validation was worth it.

Two days after surgery, I traveled 600 miles round trip to participate in a mentorship in Estes Park with two of my favorite photographers. It was an amazing experience and I loved watching them work as well as meeting like-minded women in the industry 🩷

June is going to be amazing and I can't wait to see what comes!

As a mama, I can't stress this enough. Take the pictures! I swear littles are different people from one day to the next. Their looks change. Their personality. The tiny little quirks. Take the photos before that stage is gone forever 😢

Mama was a little worried we wouldn't get many shots because Everett was a little moody during his session. We got more than a few amazing photos of this darling little man 💙
