“Pork Sandwich”

Today’s brilliant sunrise, the last of January 2024. A local restaurant is pitted between the sky and the reflection, hence the sandwich. Carmelita’s is next door, perhaps Carnitas Torta would’ve been more fitting for both restaurants. Vote in the comments, I’ve got Dad jokes for days. Make it a good one! 🤙

As much as I loved walking Yaowarat Road for all its sights and smells, the small alleys looked like something out of a Hollywood movie set … each with their own stories.

Among my favorite images from the week. I was talking photos / gigs with another photographer and all the sudden the light became magical, I politely excused myself and headed to this grove. Looking forward to printing this one out, the details are incredible and wish it translated better on IG. Love this time of year and seeing each person’s unique perspective and takes.

Amazing to see the different transitions taking place in the Eastern Sierra. Last Saturday there was a bit more green and the trees were stocked with leaves. This photo was taken on Thursday morning and the leaves had changed color and many had fallen. The temps were dropping too, so go soon if you’re planning to visit.
