Shot somewhere in Tanzania. This is a mock charge....just elephants having fun scaring tourists.

After a 5 year moratorium....the government of Botswana just reinstated legal hunting of elephants. WHAT ARE THESE MORONS THINKING? To cover their tracks and put a positive spin on it, the Botswana government hired a Hollywood PR firm...they must think we are idiots!
One hears people in authority say that it is a complex issue....that dead elephants help feed other animals and even people....that elephants trample farmers crops....that there are too many elephants. It is not a complex issue....it is a very simple one....STOP KILLING ELEPHANTS! .
35,000 of these peaceful, gentle, family oriented souls are killed each year. That is 96 every single day....or one every 15 minutes. They are being killed solely for their tusks....their bodies are just left for the cats, hyenna and lesser predators to eat. The killing is by well organized gangs of thugs who are well funded and have extremely powerful weapons. Much of the revenue from their sale of ivory to Asia goes to fund terrorist activity in North Africa. So far, NOTHING is stopping the killing. We must figure out something before they are all gone....but it will take a concerted effort by a well trained army of mercenaries.
