What are some features in a house that make you fall in love with the home? 🏡
We asked Joe: What are some things that buyers often overlook in home during open houses, and he gave us some insight!
These are important things to look out for, and maybe consider asking the agent at the open house:
🪟 Age of the HVAC system
💧What the water heater looks like
One other thing to consider. Oftentimes the house will look different with your furniture v.s. what's currently there at the open house. That is why hiring a designer can also be such an important step when buying a home as well.
