Hey y’all just a little life update since I’ve been kind of quiet on here.

Since getting back from Vegas, I’ve been running wide open with photo sessions & baseball season in full swing. Monday I started feeling not so good and have literally slept the past two days. It’s been one of those weeks where everything is happening at once.

I finally toughed it out tonight and did a session down at the river, and honestly it was probably the best thing I could have done because I’m feeling a little bit better as of now. Still not 100%, but I’m hoping tomorrow I’m back to myself.

If you book a session with me, just know a few things ahead of time 😄

I’ll probably get excited when you start throwing ideas at me.

I’ll definitely say “ohh, I like that” way too many times.

And I’m always looking for different lighting.

The best photos usually happen when everyone is relaxed and just having fun. The first few shots I’m breaking you in.

Things I notice as a photographer that most people don’t:

The way the light changes right before sunset.
How someone’s confidence grows during a session.
The moment a senior forgets the camera is even there.

Those are the little things that turn senior portraits into photos that actually feel natural.
