Lovely story here 🤍
I met Alicia a couple of years ago while she was pregnant with her sweet baby.
At the time, I was visiting my sister on the East Coast. My sister had mentioned to her friend, Jen, that I was a photographer—and Jen’s daughter, Alicia, happened to be expecting.
Fast forward to another visit with my sister, and Jen asked if I would be willing to photograph her daughter’s elopement.
Of course, I said YES. 🥹
And just like that, I found myself there to document two incredibly important chapters of their lives.
I got to capture Alicia as she stepped into motherhood, and then later, I got to capture her stepping into another beautiful chapter of her story as she married the love of her life.
Being able to witness those moments—and preserve them for them to hold onto forever—is something I don’t take for granted. ♾️
This is exactly why I do what I do.
I don’t just want to take pretty photos. I want to be a part of your story. I want to capture the little moments, the emotions, the connection, and the things that may seem ordinary in the moment but become priceless years down the road.
