The Celebration of Life service for Mark B. Sluder was held Saturday in Charlotte, NC. Rev. John Cleghorn (former Charlotte Observer reporter) gave an appropriate eulogy speaking of the light and the dark and how Mark Sluder used the power of light and the dark to maximum in his photos. He spoke of Mark's appreciation of the exotic as well as the mundane, and of Mark's ability to live in the moment! These are excellent lessons for all photographers. RIP my friend.
