Standing amongst the ashes of a past that no longer serves me. Using it to set roots into a life that feels authentic and real and knowing that there is so much love for the human I once was.

Growth is messy. And delicious. And I’m meeting it head on, with my chin high and willing to walk over anyone who stands in my way…..which for a long time was me.

It’s ok to burn the version of you that you’ve outgrown, fitting like a sweater left in the dryer too long. Growth is love AND rage and I’m here for it all.

I have just a few days left open on the calendar before I go in for surgery…..and full transparency, I’m terrified. The thought of not being able to work for almost 10 weeks feels crippling. But one thing I know for certain…..there are no mistakes. The universe knows exactly what I need and when it needs to happen. So I will take that time to build the dream I’ve been chasing for the last 10 years. An actual community that is steeped in education, art and growth. With like minded people. A place people can sink into and build connections across the globe. A space for people to feel seen and embraced in their bodies. Not just a newsletter. But an actual community.

So here is the first official announcement that Camp Nood, the subscription side of The Nood Troop, will officially be launching 6/16/26. In the coming weeks I will be teasing what’s going to be included. Building out the platform and getting ready to launch it into the world.

This has been building for 10 years. A whole decade. And I’ve never been more excited or more proud of the direction we are going.

Here’s to healing communally. To doing the work. To knowing that when we witness our strength, we also uncover our beauty. And here’s to chasing dreams so big they almost feel scary. I love yall!

We had the honor of learning from the incredible while we were in Bali and the call to action was to create images that felt powerful and out of the box. To embrace the love and the rage. She looked me square in the eye and said “use your anger to create” and that’s what we did.

Hence the birth of the Love and Rage series I started. Love and rage stem from the same place in our bodies. And we have been told the lie that we can only outwardly create space for the love. The pretty. The perfect. When in reality, we have to honor them both equally.

We got to put the teaching into practice in Bali with the ever incredible as our inspiration with this beautiful ex*****on on the glam by .artistry

Last night was the hard launch into this love and rage era we are stepping into. One filled with community and care. But also a space to honor the things that are no longer for us. To stand powerfully in the duality of who we are!!

We got to write down the things that are holding us back on water soluble paper and we crushed them into the water. Allowing the universe to help us release them.

These humans SHOWED UP, for themselves, for this movement and for me in a way that lights my soul on fire. Here’s to so many more days like this!!!

For years, I knew something was wrong with my body. I said it in exam rooms. I said it through tears. I said it while my life slowly became smaller because of pain, exhaustion, digestive issues and symptoms that kept escalating. And like so many women, I was told it was normal. Stress. Anxiety. Hormones. Weight. Anything but the truth. Eight years later, I am now facing surgery for conditions that should have been caught long before they were allowed to grow, spread and disrupt my life. This is the cost of not believing women. It is not just hurt feelings or frustrating appointments. It is delayed diagnoses. It is disease progression. It is organs adhering together, chronic inflammation, fertility struggles, medical trauma and surgeries that may have been preventable if someone had listened sooner. Women are conditioned to second guess themselves while being taught that pain is simply part of existing in a female body. And the longer doctors dismiss that pain, the more dangerous the consequences become. Listen to the full episode over on The Nood Troop
