I realized it’s been a year since I’ve been in The Stu for self-portraits. I had to fix that.

I’d forgotten how much work it is to do your own hair, nails, makeup, styling, lighting, portraits, AND edits. So y’all gonna see me working this chair, bc I needed to sit down 😂😂

This session is near and dear to me. 🫶🏾 I had an idea about a year ago to do a country-themed session to honor my roots, and my cousin responded to the post. I knew we had to get it going. We were raised on dirt roads, pit bulls, and the power of family. Who better to represent our upbringing than my own bloodline?

We had a lot of fun and laughs with his wife and the babies, and Prada seemed to have the most fun in the bushes 😂🐾 This was his first time modeling and he did great. 💪🏾 My favorite part of it all is seeing our grandparents, our ancestors, on his chain. 🥹🙏🏾♥️

Today, 6/26, I turn 34. 🥰💜

I’ve been intentional about spending more time offline and it’s been healing my heart and mind in so many ways. I’ve been gotten back into my healing spaces. This time, it’s with more love to give, and receiving the love I deserve. 🥹🫶🏾🙌🏾

Instead of my tradition of taking a new set of birthday photos, I’ve been called to find the beauty in the parts of me I previously discarded or hid.

I went back through the archives and remembered that there was fire that I’d never fully shown. 😩 My personality. My confidence. The “outtakes”. My authenticity. My voice.

This ain’t just about photos 😘
I welcome this personal new year as me, but better 🥰💜

✨HARD LAUNCH ✨ — The Lover Girl has finally found her love! 🥰💜
I recently started dating the most amazing man I’ve ever met. He’s incredible in so many ways, and I’m absolutely smitten 😍🫶🏾

Since I’m usually the one photographing love and never in the pictures, or doing my own self-portraits, I figured I’d give myself a challenge:

TODAY IS A SPECIAL DAY! 😁💚

I’m celebrating 3 whole years with my storage unit-turned-photography studio! 📸 In true Nitadee fashion, I had to take some self-portraits to celebrate 🎉 😁 Check the last slide for BTS! 👀

I recently moved from a 10x20 to a larger space in the same building, so I’m celebrating newness as well. I’ve got an amazing session lined up for next weekend and I’m so ready for y’all to see the changes!
